ROAE.5 Participates in the "Eco-Friendly Straw" Exhibition at the Suranaree Agricultural Fair '68 Suranaree University of Technology
On January 11, 2025, at Suranaree University of Technology, Mrs. Issaraporn Chaikuna, Acting Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 5, with Mr. Bandit Wattanaputtikul, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and the team from OAE Region 5 participated in the exhibition under the concept of "Eco-Friendly Straw."
The exhibition presented findings from the study "Supply Chain Management and Strategies for Value-Added Utilization of Agricultural Waste: A Case Study of Rice Straw" conducted by Ms.Jeerapan Pinitkarn, Senior Economist Research and Evaluation Division, OAE Region 5.
Key highlights of the exhibition included:
1  Presenting the roles and responsibilities of the Office of Agricultural Economics.
2  Showcasing the use of Geo-informatics technology for surveying agricultural planting areas and perennial economic crops.
3  Introducing PUBLIC AI and the Coaching Program Platform (CPP) system.
4 Featuring the Monthly Agricultural Product Calendar for the 2024/25 planting year.
